Kevin Pennell
Kevin Pennell has focused his practice primarily on litigation, including bankruptcy, employment, energy, governmental, personal injury, and real estate. He has successfully tried cases to the bench and jury, and has extensive appellate experience, including briefing on the merits in the United States and Texas Supreme Courts. He also has represented clients in domestic and international arbitration. In 2007, he was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine. Prior to joining Ogden, Gibson, Broocks, Longoria & Hall LLP, he was an associate for Thompson & Knight LLP for 5 years.
